Volume
Executive Series
Discover the Volume design, which combines the splendor of Gothic architecture with your workspace. The first building, which is considered to be the beginning of Gothic architecture and determined by the characteristics of the style, is the Church of Saint Denis, built in 1122 near Paris. The most characteristic feature of Gothic architecture, in which we see sharp lines and intersecting arches in its design, is the abutment arches that allow the mass to spread. This technical design, which transfers the entire load to the floor, is one of the elements that best reflect the Gothic structure with its decorations. Inspired by Sabahattin Şiranlı, the technique of transferring the pressure to the elephant’s feet by determining the thrust force and direction of the weight has created the unique structure of the Volume model. While Volume draws attention with its strong appearance and solid structure, it spreads a perfect balance to its surroundings spatially. The ornaments of the foot forms carrying the office furniture are designed as a modern interpretation of the Roman columns. You can choose the Volume model in your office environment to reflect people’s spatial perceptions in a reassuring, magnificent space.
